Abstract


Tujuan Penelitian artikel ilmiah ini untuk membuktikan hasil dari artikel ilmiah mengenai logistik pasca pandemi 19 dan melihat untuk menguatkan hasil dari peneliti, Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan Analisis teoritis dan analisis hubungan antar variabel, buku dan jurnal, online dan offline, diperoleh dari Mendeley, Google Scholar dan media online lainnya. Hasil penelitian artikel ilmiah ini menggambarkan, Logistik bandar udara selama pandemi COVID-19 dan setelah pandemi COVID-19 menjadi bidang yang tetap berjalan di Indonesia, dan bahkan kala perusahaan penerbangan dengan adanya kebijakan pembatasan akan pandemi COVID-19 maka, penurunan kegiatan jumlah penumpang, dan frekuensi penerbangan, itu semua di manfaatkan oleh maskapai dengan merubah formasi pesawat mengangkut penumpang menjadi mengangkut kargo, pembuktian logistik bandar udara ini dengan adanya artikel-artikel ilmiah yang mendukung dan peneliti memperkuat dengan hasil artikel ilmiah ini. Rekomendasi adanya variabel yang bisa digunakan pada masa yang akan datang yaitu mobility, energy, environment, kepuasan pelanggan, efektifitas, efisiensi biaya, kinerja dan pelayanan dengan objek dan metode penelitian yang berbeda.

 

Airport logistics post-COVID-19

 

Abstract: The purpose of this scientific article research is to prove the results of scientific articles on post-pandemi 19 logistics and look to strengthen the results of researchers, this research methodology uses a qualitative approach and theoretical analysis and analysis of relationships between variables, books, and journals, online and offline, obtained from Mendeley, Google Scholar and other online media. The results of this scientific article researchsay, Airport logistics during the COVID-19 pandemi and after the COVID-19 pandemi became a field that continued to run in Indonesia, and even when airline companies with restrictions on the COVID-19 pandemi, decreased passenger activities, and flight frequency, it was all used by airlines by changing the formation of aircraft carrying passengers to transport cargo, Proving the logistics of this airport with scientific articles that support and researchers strengthen with the results of this scientific article. Recommendations for variables that can be used in the future, namely mobility, energy, environment, customer satisfaction, effectiveness, cost efficiency, performance, and service with different research objects and methods.
