Pramugari: Pelayanan prima dan kinerja pramugari (Tinjauan pustaka)
Abstract
This article aims to understand the role of flight attendants in providing excellent service to passengers and how their performance affects flight success, safety, and passenger satisfaction. The method used is a qualitative model that displays literature related to this article, which then draws findings and conclusions and implementation of the results of existing literature proving and strengthening this scientific article. Literature sources come from international journals, websites, e-books, and other references found and can support this scientific article. Cabin crew needs to be supported by training, welfare, and work conditions in providing services to passengers; there are several airlines first training flight attendants on customer service; flight attendants also meet passenger expectations in serving in accordance with procedures set by the airline. Recommendations for future research can be continued on the same topic with the addition of the same variables and objects to airlines in parts of the world.
